I'm Becca! I'm a 26 year old stay at home wife ans mommy to two. I am new to this website but not the workout. Have started to few times and finished the entire 30 days once. Have put on about ten pounds since last year and ready to get in better shape! Would love support of some awesome ladies! :)

Comfortable workout clothes The jillian Michaels dvd (10.00 at Walmart) you can find it online also (youtube) Hand weights (I use 2 pound at first and move to 5) Water bottle and towel Can't wait to get started!! -Becca
