too many calories.....
I have been on mfp for over 50 days (1200 calorie) and only lost 10 lbs..I exercise 5-7 times a week for 15 mins ( on a tony little gazelle ) but I have now increased to 20 mins. to speed up the process, I burn anywhere from 900 to 1150+ calories. Which increases my calorie count to over 2,000. I watch calories and portion…
