Loosing those last 10 pounds
Hello everyone. After loosing 27 pounds in 100 days, I have been stable between 172-174 pounds for the last 75 days. I think I could go down another 10 pounds. I eat fish, salads, fruits and some meats. I don't abuse any of it and I have one small portion of bread or rice or pasta per day. I swim 3 to 4 km per week and…
