I'm on my third week of going full out vegan. And I feel great. But I feel like I replaced sweets with eating meat for over a week which was bad lol, but I'm back on track. What was the hardest adjustment for you?

I'm back on here after a hiatus for A few years, moved to Florida and now I'm back to Ohio. The emphasis on working out isn't what it was in Florida. There aren't any warm beaches or anything here. I need motivation, friends, help me out people. And good luck in everyone's journey.
