Has anyone tried and lost weight using apple cider vinegar? How many doses did you take a day? Thanks in advance and add me so we can motivate one another!
Throw in some instant oats, Greek yogurt and strawberries in a blender and have a smoothie in a bowl! You can top it with nuts or granola. Add some honey, cinnamon or agave syrup. Really, any toppings will do. It falls under 250 calories.
