Gluten allergy
I was recently diagnosed with a gluten allergy but after giving up all gluten and changing my eating habits my stomach continues to grow. Anyone else doing this gluten free that can lend some support friend request me please.

Almost 30 and in the worse shape of my life
my name is Stephanie and I'll be 30 in 28 days. I had an ahh ha moment yesterday as I stood in front of a full length mirror in nothing but my panties. I'm disgusted with my body. I'm 4'11 and I weight 154 pounds.
