Wedding in August must get shaped up
Not new to dieting and exercise as I’ve been on diet all my life. Since I’ve hit my 40s cannot shift a pound whereas I could drop 5 in a week if I behaved myself. I exercise 3-5 times per week - gym, Zumba, aerobics etc but work from home all the time so stuck at desk a lot. Got Fitbit ionic from the fiancé for Christmas…
