Slimming World doesn't work for me!
Tried Slimming World on and off for 2 years.. it has worked to a certain extent I have 1 and half stone but I still have another 40lbs to lose and not getting anywhere with slimming world now. Think it's about portion control now and counting the calories! Always lost weight slowly but as long as it comes off that is fine…
