Support needed
I'm Val, 67yrs from Essex Started yesterday, want to shift 4st. which is causing me a lot of physical and emotional health problems. Could do with some help and support. Like to make some friends to make the journey easier. Love to hear from anyone who wants to friend me. Thanks
