Treadmill success anyone?
I'm very interested in buying a treadmill and using interval training to hopefully see results. Anyone have any treadmill only (or mostly) success? I'm a mom of two and college student so I may add in some at home workouts also.
Success while using nexplanon?
I recently had a baby in March and just a week ago decided to go with the Nexplanon implant for birth control. Has anyone used Nexplanon and successfully lost weight? I'm looking to lose just around 50lbs. Any success stories while using this birth control are highly appreciated!
