Hello! I decided to go on ketogenic diet starting tomorrow. Any tips, recipes, etc..? :-) I do zumba 4hours a week, group trampoline workout 2hours a week and i do kettlebells at home cca 90min a week.. 173cm, 78kilos. I wanna lose another 13kilos Thanks for all the help!
