Looking to use this forum as a log to track my progress and an added motivation for sticking to the plan. Current stats: 200lbs (6'2) Goal: Lose 10-15 lbs, especially around the mid-section Workout plan: Lift weights 3 days a week following Rippetoe's Starting Strength, bike ride 2-3 times Diet: TDEE - 20% Here we go
