hello! week 1 done!
Hello everyone I'm pretty new here, have 30kg at least to lose, so long way to go. Lost 2kg in first week, expecting it's mainly water weight. But getting myself on the forums to get a few links and some support. I'm on 1280 calories a day, and run (slow) 5ks 2-3 times a week, and eat extra to compensate on those days.…
