Protein pancakes - help need advice!
My fitness plan says to use 30g count flour with water - but I don't know how much water to use and if that weight is including the water. Someone help me they tasted to floury!

How much protein powder is too much?
my coach has told me to have 60g protein powder a day (And a protein drink) in my fitness plan. But how much protein powder is too much? This seems like a lot to me!
