Like minded people!
Hey peeps, i have a great group of friends but im looking for more people who are trying to build instead of weight loss. Im 45(almost 46) and i love everything about fitness. Especially, lifting heavy and eating to grow lean muscle. All that being said, Im glad to help anyone. Feel free to add.
