Thought some of you might want to know, Jean Nidetch, the woman behind the Weight Watchers brand who changed "dieting" forever, passed away at 91. Refugee from NutriSystem seeking political asylum in MFP!
At Nutrisystem, I lost (91 pounds), I maintained (for almost two years), and I gained (almost) all of it back. I don't like change, but for me, it is TIME for a change. A big change. Of course, Nutrisystem's business decision to pull the plug on the support community may have been just the push I needed.
