Pregnancy and weight
hello! I'm new to MFP and am currently 23 weeks pregnant. I really have been mindful of my weight gain and trying to stay healthy. It difficult to eat and workout with the mindset to GAIN weight right now... Anyone else feel this way when pregnant? How did you manage it all? Any tips, good workouts, etc?
