Hi, I've been doing MyFitnessPal for a little bit now and would like to add some vegan friends for community. So if you're vegan (actually vegan, not just plant based) then add me! I'm trying to lose about 25lbs and am just watching my nutrient intake in general, so any motivation will help!
I want to start doing Pilates and Tai Chi, but am just easing into exercise, so I want to take it slow. Does anyone have any suggestions for vlogs, YouTube channels, or websites that have stuff aimed for beginners? TIA
