hi does anybody have any form of kidney disease?. I have Alports and am on dialysis, I need to lose weight and get fitter, would like to hear from others with health issues
Hiya I'm Dee I'm 50 and on dialysis due to kidney failure I'm finding losing weight a slow slog but am determined and if I can lose 1 pound per week I'll be at ideal weight in 1 year.
