What is everybody doing this weekend? It's Pride here in NYC and I feel vaguely guilty not being there after the recent events, but we made plans to go to Vermont, and have concert tix and hotels we can't get out of.
Thanks to the ad industry we are bombarded with images of perfect-looking models, athletes and other celebrities. Do you find images of people with these great bodies an inspiration to work harder, or do they discourage/depress you? I'm gonna let people answer if they want before I give my own thoughts.
