Weight loss slump after starting exercise program?
I've been eating anywhere from 1000-1350 calories a day for about 5 months. I'm 45 years old, 5',1". I've lost 40 or so pounds (239 on 4/29 to 198.4 today) so far but just can't seem to keep losing.
