Food for us is like fuel in a car I believe we just need enough food daily,for energy, to keep us going. Healthy fruit for snacks, meals with alittle bit of everything carbs,protien and veg, breakfast maybe oats, cereal orange juice and drink at least 2 litres of water.
Hi I'm 22 years old. I have recently discovered that meditation at least 15min in a day is great for motivation. Sitting quietly inhaling and exhaling keeping in mind the goals you want to accomplish. By doing this it's helped me to gain control over temptations.
I am a trainee accountant and beautician who needs to get rid of the stubborn baby fat to get my gorgeous figure back. Can't wait to accomplish my goals. ;)
