Hi just getting started
Ok so I've been on the weight loss merry go round before and have been overweight all my life at my heaviest I was 20 stone I got 6 off but it has been creeping up again and now I'm lost as to what to do I don't seam to be able to shift the weight again.I'm hopeful that this app will get my weight loss going again.
