I am new..and I have to lose weight this time !
I have been diagnosed with Mutliple Sclerosis and my doctor advised me to lose weight in order to be healthier and to pull my self back together during taking the therapy..SO! Wish me luck and pray for me..I weigh 123.1 kgs and I have to weigh from 70 to 65 kgs!! A long way to go!!
