Got to get back to working out on a daily
Hello everyone I'm new to the community.Well I been doing good on my diet eating right & working out.But lately it just been me eating right and I have slacked up from working out.I want to get back it and continue it because I know I can do it.Is there's suggestions?I have lose 45lbs so far.But have more to go.
