slow carb then keto and now vegan (kinda). Hello.
I've had great success on Tim Ferriss' slow carb diet (lost over 60lbs.) then gained it all back. Did it again with a tweak to Ketogenic and had good results - but my cholesterol wasn't looking good. Now for health reasons I'm eating vegan six days a week. Feel good but not the same brainpower when on slow carb/keto. Happy…
