Im just new on here, im currently 9st 9lbs , and my main goal is to become toned, hoping to make some friends to keep me motivated
Hey, i was wondering if anyone has any good exercises to tone your stomache? I had a baby 5 months ago and wanna work on my tummy muscles, i normally do 50 sit ups a day, 100 squats, 3 40 second planks and 20 pushups but was wondering if anyone had any really good suggestions?
