Hi, I recently discovered stuffed mushrooms lol and I find they're filling, tasty and nutritious as a vegetarian. Ive been using spinach and 40cal cheese to stuff them which is fab as one serving of 2 mushrooms is only like 190cal. Any other ideas as to what I can stuff them with as I'm getting bored of the same thing :) x
