Hi, I’ve been trying to beat a thyroid issue and have been trying to eat better and track my macros. I’m curious to see if anyone shares the same desire to share their food diary for inspiration and general support? We tend to eat more fish and chicken and very little red meat. Thank you!
I like to eat eggs, salsa and tortillas. We have chickens so I k ow the eggs are fresh. Plus I make my own salsa. So it's like a breakfast taco.
