Hi everyone, I have always been very keen on keeping active (but hate the gym!) but I am now a ‘new’ full time wheelchair user due to spinal chord damage. Are there any wheelchair users on here that can pass any exercise tips to do at home to help beat that chair belly? Thanks in advance! 💪🏻😁
