The everlasting 10lbs...
Since I became adult-sized (around 14yrs old), I have pretty much hovered around 140-145lbs. Which was fine, as I was extremely athletic and most of it was muscle. Now, not so much. Still low 140s, but I've gone from a size 4 to an 8(US). I don't have time to work out like a beast anymore, so I just need to lose the fat…
