quest bars
As far as I have looked through online, Quest bars are the #1 protein bars around... As they claim, due to low carbs and sugar wirh 21-22 grams of protein. I bought a box of it yesterday and consumed 2 bars so far... The taste is great, I don't know if it really works tho. Heard there are pros and cons to this bars too.…
