Hello! I"ve restarted my goal for the 100th time.
i'm down 14# in the year, but i always fall off the excersise and diet wagon. I know fitness pal helps so, i've made my goal for 20 days of 8#, put posters and movtivation tips all over my house and i'm ready for this!
