should I check my weight
I'm a bit scared to check my weight before I start eating healthier.I know ill get upset when I see the number and it'll mess with my head. But if I don't check then I won't know my progress. What should I do?

how do I do this the right way?
I'm starting in may 27 but I want to know how to portion my food and whats good and not good to eat. Maybe someone on here can help with recipes or experience on beginning this journey.
