No thyroid - how do I lose weight?
Hello, So a few years ago I had my entire thyroid removed. Ever since then I have been piling the pounds on. I am finding it really difficult to lose weight. Any advice on how to lose weight without a thyroid will be most appreciate. Thanks Farah
