I totally blew it today...I ordered my usual...I could have made a better choice. Then tonight...I ordered my usual...I wasn't even hungry...I was only thirsty. I ordered what I loved the taste of. Why do I do what I know I should not do???
Didn't go over too bad today. I learned I have to use Sugar Free Creamer.
