Good at home workouts?
I'm having a hard time with being consistent with my workouts, and I don't have a gym membership or any equipment except a dumbbell, does anyone have any suggestions for at home workouts? Also I live where it's very hot, so I don't like going outside very much so going jogging and or running is not for me.

I only eat one meal a day.
I'm having a hard time eating healthy, I can only afford to eat once a day, and when It comes time to eat it's usually unhealthy, I don't buy the food, so I have no control over what there is to eat. Any advice, like cheap healthy meals to make.

In about 6 months my boyfriend and I will have our anniversary and I want to get to my goal weight before that, what are some eating and exercise regimens I could follow to lose about 45 lbs in that time frame ?

I'm embarrassed to excersize in front of him, because he's in shape and I feel like I would look dumb I'm front of him.

I can't afford to get to a gym at this time in my life, but I'm so tired of being over weight and unhealthy, what're some at home exercises that would help me get into shape?

I feel terrible I really want to be happy and confident about myself and to do that I need to get into shape, but I also want to do it so I can look better than my boyfriends ex girlfriend who just lost a lot of weight, I know that's silly but for some reason I feel the need to be better than her.
