Third time around for MFP, but I felt my best when I was serious about it. Got some catching up to do and about 3 months away from another Tough Mudder, looking for fitness friends who are also on the hunt, its burpees time!
Third go around here, but have to admit when I was serious about it, I felt my best. Really need to eat better and be more consistent working, need my own personal trainer, people yelling at me here is the best I can do, help please!!!
