Starting round 2 of diet and exercise on Monday. Using a pilates/yoga program and making up my own diet because I'm extremely picky with food. Any suggestions are welcome :)
I used this app about a year ago and lost about 10 lbs. Lost 10 lbs since then but would love to lose about 10 more plus tone up. Looking for people with people with workout advice for a disabled vet (bad feet/legs...ie no running or jumping) and diet advice/resources for a VERY picky eater. I have ideas in my head diet…
