Can't lose these last damn 5lbs!!
I have lost like 30 something pounds... I'm kinda proud of myself. My goal weigh is 155, but I keep teetering around 160 ish. I'm doing similar things to lose this 5 as I did the 30. Do I need to change something up? Maybe I'm gaining muscle.. Ugh.. Idk.. I just want to reach my goal..
