Has anyone managed to complete the C25K program from being unfit and a none runner? How did you find it? Any tips? I'm 40+ and just completed day 2. At the moment I can't imagine getting to week 8 and running continuously without walking in between.

Holiday hiccup
I've been using site for about 2 months now. Found logging my food really helpful. So far lost 1 stone 8 lbs although I've just had a 2 week holiday where I've eaten and drunk anything, fortunately I've only put 2 lbs back on. So back to logging and being good on Monday, I'll also be back to work so routine will be great.…
