Two things, anyone successful with counting calories? If exercising 7 days a week twice a day most days.... Also do you ever have cheat days?? Thanks for the help

29 year's old, have lost 20lbs in about 30 days. Ilost my dad almost a year ago and have found peace in exercise.. I could use the weight loss though.. Is rolerblading 4.5 miles twice daily and following it up with a light jog plus eating 1500 calories or less. Don't ever really cheat.... can use the advice

29 days ago i weighed 225, im down 20 pounds exercising twice daily. Rollerblade 9 miles a day an do 2 light jogs along with eating less than 1500 calories a day! I want to hit 185. Anyonr have ideas on a goal i should set for me to lose this weight?
