It's OK?
I'm 152 pounds, 5.4 ft and 18 years old. I set my level to lightly active, I'm a student so a sit a lot but I walk on the rest of time and I will make 6 workouts a week. Do you think it is ok for me to eat 1500 calories and half of the calories of my exercise? I'm on my first day. Thank you and excuse my english.
