Hey I'm on a journey to gain a little bit more weight and am looking for buddies/friends to talk with, encourage and motivate on their journey! I'm not looking to gain bad weight, I want that good muscle building weight. I'm on a 3000 calorie diet/working out 3 days per week for 45-60 minutes per session.
