Question about Google Fit & Map fitness
So map my fitness has a option for google fit to turn on. But i dont understand how often it transfers data to update the calories burned and then shows in to my fitness pal. As in this way.. you walk google fit gets your steps then it communicates the data to map my fitness the the data is transfered to my fitness pal.
