Hi I'm Jo 32 and had a c section on the 26 June, I'm off work resting at the moment so not doing a lot. I want to lose 2 stone through any kind of diet really and start exercising again but I don't want to push it too soon after my op. Does anyone have any tips for me please? Thanks
