I am curious bc I fill up a lot of my calories on snacks, most are healthy but just not filling so I eat Too much. I could use some tips or some advice on what to snack on to make it easier (and less hunger inducing) to stay on track for my calories.

I am trying to loss about 10-15 pounds before summer I want to show off all the gains I’ve made this winter with a small cut. Today is the first day of getting and eating in a deficit. Does anybody have any tricks or low calorie hacks to make me feel fuller for when I get hungry
I would have the ability to transport :)
