Calories trend - do spikes in consumption matter?
Hi, I'm a male around 30 years old and 5'10", 155 pounds weight. I set a goal for myself to lose 5 pounds in 5 weeks - so my fitness pal came up with a daily calorie budget of 1500 calories.
