What do you need to work on in week 2. I need to work on consistently logging my meals.
It was. Wrought day of running around and so I ate fast food but I got a lot of water in and thank God I worked out this morning. It was hard getting up but so very worth it!
1. Mom of 3 who has never lost all my baby weight 2. I don’t have time to cook nor do I like to cook 3. If I don’t work out in the morning it’s really hard to do at night.
So we can see each other’s beautiful faces. Are you ready for day 1 tomorrow? Got your water bottle? When are you going to get your 30 minutes in? Work out clothes packed? Do you know what your going to eat tomorrow?

I have breakfast and lunch prepped for the week... my best weeks are when I do this! Still need to work on dinner prep.
