I pulled a muscle in my thigh from doing squats and it hurts pretty bad. Would like to know if there's something I can do to help it so it doesn't hurt so bad like take Aleve or Tylenol or if there's something else. Or do I just have to deal with it.
Since I've started adding friends, I've learned this app will not allow me to like anyone's status or comment on them. I don't know what to do to change it.
I've finally found the motivation to lose like I've been wanting to for the longest time. It's hard sometimes since I'm just getting started but each day it's gets better. I'd love to have some friends to help me along the way.
I'm Feeling motivated. So far I've been doing really good and feeling good about myself.
